Workshops
One of my favourite things to do is teach and pass on herbal knowledge to members of the public.
I run 2 courses throughout each year, with 5 sessions each.
‘A Year in Herbs’ comprises 5 theory sessions and 5 making sessions designed to compliment one another and allow beginners to build up a practical herbal knowledge base suitable for home use.

Herbal medicine is a wide and complex subject and many feel overwhelmed by the choices and information available in the public realm. By reflecting these changes in ourselves with the growth, flower and fruiting of our herbal plant helpers through the year, Lis will introduce you to this fascinating subject and offer a clear way to understand how herbs can be used.
We will learn some commonly used and native herbs, their uses, recipes and self-care remedies for you and your family.
‘As nature flows and changes throughout the year, so do our energies and activities’
